I am in kind of same situation. What happened to your case? My new employer file my H1 extension and renewal after my VISA expiration. They need valid I-94 for I-9 verification.

My I-140 has my employers head office address in Part 1( as petitioner/employer). My future job location in I-140 petition is different from the one I am currently working at( on H1B). My H1b and I-140 were filed for different locations.
Does anybody have an idea which address of employer should I write in the employer address section- Head office address or my current job location.

I understand your frustration, but its like holding IV responsible for getting your GC - that does not seem right.
Contributing now is important; and after getting gc's, its equally important to support the people who are still stuck in the process.
My First donation was in Jan 2006. The latest one was, 100$ for the Washington meet this year. And I had a lot more in between. This will be just on top of it. How is my GC is related to IV. I dont think I am holding anybody responsible for it.

I am having some trouble understanding it. In 2010, they have only allocated 2400 visas to China EB3? That is a wastage of 3300-2400 = 900 visas ??

Hi All,
I received an RFE based on my qualification and the Job requirement qualification.
While applying for PERM, in the ETA 9089 form, Attorney mistakenly listed as below
1. Accepted / Required Bachelors Degree for the Posted Job:
Computer Science, Mathematics (Instead of Mathematics, it should have been Engineering)
2. Any Other Alternate Degree accepted:
NO
And in my profile, he listed the degree as ENGINEERING.
Now during the I-140 stage, i got an RFE based on this mismatch. Here is the verbiage.
The USCIS is requesting evidence that the beneficiary obtained a Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics, OR evidence that the degree obtained was part of the Computer Science or Mathematics program/department.
MY Attorney Suggested 2 things.
1. Get my degree transcripts evaluated by a third party educational evaluator and equate the courses i have done (7 Computer Courses and 9 Mathematics courses) as part of Computer Science / Mathematics Degree.
2. Get an verification letter from the University that these courses are infact related to Computer Science / Mathematics Degree.
Please let me know if i stand any chance with these 2 options.
I guess both options are good but I would suggest option 1. Btw you should kick you lawyer's a** so hard so that he would not make this mistake again in his life. Sorry for my language. Why do these lawyers screw up our lives? I have had enough with these so called idiots who cannot do a simple job without making any mistakes. My lawyer screwed up my life with just a single mistake and I have been suffering for the past 5 years now, otherwise I would have got my GC in 2005.
Anyways, dont worry you should be just fine. Please contact Murthy or some other good laywers to work on your RFE and do not go with your current lawyer please.

But I think it's thanks to CBN who pulled the consulate to Hyd when they were debating to have the consulate in Hyd or Bangalore. From what I know YSR govt just boomed up the realty prices but nothing else, though realty went up in other parts of the country too.
PS: I'm not very sure if it was CBN who got the consulate to Hyd but just expressed my thoughts as we are talking about consulate/Hyd/how proud we should be etc in this thread.For those who know better or disagree with me please feel free to do so by posting in the thread but not by giving red/accompanying mssgs. These days I'm so cautious that unless absolutely sure I don't take any chances with posting on threads so as to avoid upsetting people even remotely. Somewhat the same situation happened to me, and my attorney advised this in order to avoid the filing:
You may call your bank and hold the checks that you sent second time. If INS finds that the check is not 'withdrawable' they will not file your application.

I'm curious what it is you are trying to achieve?
Generally, you find zooms are non-linear - the farther towards the "long" end, the more compressed the scale becomes.
If you are wanting to repeated set the zoom to a specific length, I'd suggest a card that has horizontal bars. Draw them at whatever length you determine is a focal-length of interest, so that it fills the entire width of the frame. Do this at some standard distance - such as holding the card at arm's length. Zoom out/in until the desired bar is full-width.
This is hardly accurate if you want precisely "x" mm length, but at least it should allow repeatedly going back to a particular setting, or close to it.

Hi ,
My wife's name was wrong in the EAD card we got recently , my attorney doesnt want to fix this , we called USCIS and they have asked to sent a new 765 along with old form having the name right ( jus to proove its not our fault ) and the EAD card . Should we send the supporting documents any similar experiences ??

Best way to do is to get it from AAA. If you are AAA member then you will 8 photos free and you can add your spouse for very minimum.
I got 16 photos for $14. They know exact specs of photos that we need.
